Tibetan Yoga (Trul-Khor in Tibetan) is the hidden treasure at the heart of the Tibetan Tantric Buddhist tradition: a physical and spiritual practice aimed at a deeper experience of the human body and its energetic and cognitive potential.

 

In other words, Tibetan yoga practices involve vigorous movement and breathing exercises, visualisation and meditation to remove blockages in the subtle energy system and regulate the flow of the so-called lung (internal energy or prana or qi).
